We were having problems, as was nearly everyone else in Charleaton, during the Christmas cold snap of '22. HVAC would not heat up the house. Our normal guy was backed up, and everyone else either did not answer or call back. I understand. It is the day after Christmas, and our offices are closed as well, so im not busting on others. But Ervin did call us back and showed up after his other call was complete, fixed our problem, explained the issue, and how to help prevent it in the future. He was very professional and polite, and next time we have an issue, he will be our first call. We are already putting him on a service plan to help prevent any further issues.
